Refund policy

At CollectiblesCornerAU, we aim to deliver genuine, high-quality Pokémon sealed products and collectibles. Please review our policy before purchasing.



1. Change of Mind & Preorder Cancellations

All preorder purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order modifications for change of mind on preorder items.

Once a preorder is placed, stock is secured specifically for you. Because of this, no refunds will be granted unless required by Australian Consumer Law.



2. Refund Eligibility


Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:


2.1 Item Not as Advertised


You may be eligible for a return or refund only if the product received is not in the condition advertised, including:

Receiving the wrong item

Receiving an item with undisclosed or significant damage

Receiving a sealed product that arrives damaged beyond minor transit wear (see Section 4)


If the item matches the advertised condition or listing description, no refund will be provided.


2.2 Faulty or Defective Items


Manufacturing defects in sealed products (e.g., misprints, packaging errors, internal pack issues) are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

We cannot guarantee replacement stock for factory defects.



3. Returns Process


If you believe your product qualifies for a return:

1. Contact us at collectiblescornerteam@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide:

Order number

Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Images of the packaging and shipping box

3. We will assess the claim and inform you if a return is approved.


Do not return items without approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.



4. Condition & Packaging Policy


4.1 Sealed Products

Sealed products may show minor cosmetic imperfections, including:

Slight dents or corner wear

Small scratches or scuffs

Minor shrink-wrap looseness or manufacturing lines

These are considered standard within the collectibles and shipping industry and do not qualify for refunds or returns.


4.2 Packaging Wear From Transit


While we package orders securely, some wear can occur during transport.

Only major, structural damage impacting product integrity may qualify for assessment.



5. Shipping Issues


5.1 Lost Parcels


After an order is shipped and tracking is provided:

We cannot refund or replace items unless the courier confirms the parcel is officially lost.

We will assist in investigations, but the process depends on the courier.


5.2 Damaged Parcels


If your parcel arrives damaged, reports must be made within 48 hours, with photos of:

The external box

The product

Any internal packaging



6. Incorrect Address Entry


Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund can be issued.

If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping can be arranged at your cost.



7. Booster Packs, ETBs & Randomised Contents


Because sealed Pokémon products contain random items:

We do not offer refunds for poor pulls, duplicates, or disappointment with contents.

Once a sealed item is opened, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstance.



8. Preorder Delays


Release dates may change due to manufacturer or distributor updates.

We cannot offer refunds for delays.

By placing a preorder, you accept that release dates may be adjusted.



9. Change of Mind on In-Stock Items


We do not accept change-of-mind returns on any product sealed items or accessories unless required by Australian Consumer Law.



10. Australian Consumer Law Compliance


We comply with all obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not limit your rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misrepresented goods.
